To attain Well-Being, the biggest BATTLE you fight is the one against YOURSELF. You are the enemy. Control the enemy.
Two approaches to Well-Being
PASSIVE approach - a short-term fix:

(procrastination, social media, TV, bars, sex, shopping, drugs, alcohol, surgery, porn, meds, gossip, therapy, etc.)

The Well-Being Framework establishes a systematic way to ACTIVELY manage your pursuit of Well-Being. The blame often falls on work, time, injury, depression, anxiety, someone else, or plenty of other excuses when it's lack of focus on The Well-Being Framework that's holding you back from Well-Being. We need to be proactive to cultivate, manage and build our resiliency and Well-Being. What is good for the Brain is good for the Body. What is good for the Body is good for the Brain. Happy Life!
